Michael Connelly’s Summer Reading List
Even bestselling authors love to read. Known for his Harry Bosch, Jack McEvoy and Mickey Haller novel series, Connelly can’t wait to finish his latest book for publication so he can tear into his To Be Read pile. Here’s some of the books he’s anxious to tear into:
1) The Prophet by Michael Koryta, a crime novel.
2) Never Tell by Alafair Burke.
3) The Cocktail Waitress by James M. Cain, a crime novel.
4) The Intercept by TV writer/producer Dick Wolf, about a NYPD detective.
5) The Third Bullet by Stephen Hunter, fiction set around JFK’s assassination.
6) Dare Me by Megan Abbott.
